If you receive a Parking Charge Notice, it will be because the terms of parking on site were not adhered to properly. Welcome Break are unable to cancel any Parking Charge Notices and all queries need to be directed to ParkingEye.
If you believe that you have received a Parking Charge Notice in error, you have the right to appeal to ParkingEye (attaching any evidence to support your appeal) who will consider your appeal fairly and will endeavour to respond to you within 21 days.
